Withdrawal and Tuition Refund Procedures for all Payment Options:
If the parent wishes to transfer their child from our schools, they must inform the administration and fill out the withdrawal form. The date of filling out the withdrawal form is the approved date for withdrawal. Note that the refund of fees depends on the time of the notice, according to the following:
Withdrawals before the first day of April.
The full amount of the payment will be refunded.
Withdrawls from April 1st to 30th of April.
School deducts 10% of the annual tuition fee.
Withdrawals after 30th of April and until the last working day of the administration.
School deducts 15% of the annual tuition fees.
