Withdrawal and Tuition Refund Procedures for all Payment Options:

If the parent wishes to transfer their child from our schools, they must inform the administration and fill out the withdrawal form. The date of filling out the withdrawal form is the approved date for withdrawal. Note that the refund of fees depends on the time of the notice, according to the following:

Withdrawals before the first day of April.


The full amount of the payment will be refunded.

Withdrawls from April 1st to 30th of April.

School deducts 10% of the annual tuition fee.

Withdrawals after 30th of April and until the last working day of the administration.

School deducts 15% of the annual tuition fees.

During the summer vacation of the administration.*

School deducts 20% of the annual tuition fees.

During the summer working period for the administration and until the first week of the school year.

School deducts 40% of the annual tuition fees.

After the end of the first week of the school year.

None of the annual tuition fees are refunded.

* If the student’s withdrawal is during an official school vacation period, the parent must send an email via the schools’ website or write a letter of withdrawal and hand it over to the receptionist at the main office of Ru’ya Schools and receive a document of the date of the submission of the letter from the employee.

  • When the school is not informed of the withdrawal by a written request signed by the student’s guardian, the student is considered to be continuing his/her studies.
