Tuition Fee Policy

We thank you for choosing our schools to enroll your son / daughter. We hope that Allah will help us to live up to your expectations and fulfill our duties and we wish them a year full of success. The following is the tuition policy for our schools:

First: General Policies for Student Registration:

The terms and conditions of the tuition fee policy are applied according to the instructions issued by the Ministry of Education
Payment of administrative fees amounting to 950 riyals, to be paid once and is non-refundable.
The student’s registration is approved after fulfilling the registration conditions and paying the tuition fees in accordance with the terms of each plan.
The school is not responsible for direct follow-up with the companies and official authorities responsible for paying school fees for students, and the guardian must follow up with his employer and pay the tuition fees due on the specified dates. In the event of delay in payment or withdrawal, the tuition fee policy will be applied.
Tuition fees paid may not be transferred from one student to another, even if the other student is from the same family.
In the event that a student drops out of school or desires not to complete a year or a semester, the guardian is required to submit an official apology to the financial administration in schools, and then the case shall be dealt with in accordance with the withdrawal procedures.
Value added tax (VAT) is added for non-Saudi students.
Sibling Discount: The first child pays the full annual fee, 5% deduction for the second child, 10% deduction for the third child.
The tuition fees are for the regular school day (KG from 7:10 until 12:30 and Elementary from 7:10 – 2:20).
An additional books insurance of 300 riyals is required from all new students for both KG3 and Elementary.

Because our schools believe in providing quality education, we provide appropriate resources that support the curriculum in both languages. Tuition fees also include:

English Textbooks
Interactive Reading Platform fees for both English and Arabic
Standardized International Exams fees in both Arabic and English.

The Second Option: 3 Installments Payment Plan

The Fourth Option: 9 Installments Payment Plan for the Primary Level

Payments start from April 30, 2024. The last payment must be made before December 30, 2024

Third: Installments Payment Plan Conditions for Options Two and Three:

Schools offer a payment plan in installments to facilitate the process of paying tuition fees, as it is divided into monthly payments of no less than 3000 riyals per month. Note that registration in the school is annual and no less than that is accepted. Upon acceptance of the student, the following is done:

The guardian must come to the Accounting

Department to do the following:
1. Pay the first payment in cash or present a copy of the bank transfer.
2. Sign the payment plan.
3. Accept the payment installments document through Nafeth platform.
Payments will not be refunded if the student withdraws after the end of the first week, and the school will continue receiving payments according to the schedule and in accordance with the school’s policy, as the student will then have taken a seat.

Fourth: Late payment of tuition fees policy (for all options).

If the first payment is not paid during the month of February, the place is considered vacant and the school has the right to fill it with other prospective students.
On the first day of the academic year, only students who have completed the full payment of tuition fees (first and second installments) or have completed the full payment plan procedures are allowed to enter the class.
